1. Connect the feeding pipe and the outlet, and then connect the cooling water.
2. After the starting device of the control box is connected with the power supply, pay attention to the running direction of the start-up, judge whether the motor is rotating in the normal direction, and check the positive and negative by clicking. Absolutely prohibit idling (lack of liquid in the cavity) and inversion.
3. The grinding disc clearance has been adjusted when the equipment leaves the factory. Non-professionals should not adjust it without authorization.
4. Colloidal mill can be started only after cooling water is connected.
5. Colloidal mill should never close the discharge valve in order to avoid leakage caused by excessive pressure in the grinding chamber.
6. Colloidal mill is a high-precision machine with very small disc clearance and fast rotating speed. Operators should strictly abide by their posts, work in accordance with the rules, stop the machine in time when they find fault, and reproduce after troubleshooting.
7. After using the colloid mill, the inside of the body should be cleaned, so as not to make the material remain in the body, so as not to damage the machine by bonding.

8. Hard materials such as quartz sand, broken glass and metal chips are not allowed to be mixed in processing materials to prevent damage to the grinding disc.
