What kinds of reactors are there?

The reactor structure generally consists of a kettle body, a transmission device, a stirring device, a heating device, a cooling device, and a sealing device.
The material of the reactor is generally glass, ceramic, plastic, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and other composite materials. The agitator has anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type, spiral type, emulsified combined type stirring, etc.
The reactor can be widely used in many fields by structural design and parameter configuration of the vessel to achieve the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed mixing functions required by the process. There are many types of products in the reactor.
1. According to the heating and cooling method, it can be divided into electric heating, hot water heating, heat transfer oil circulation heating, and outer (inner) coil heating and cooling. The choice of heating method is primarily related to the heating/cooling temperature required for the chemical reaction and the amount of heat required.
2, according to the material of the kettle can be divided into carbon steel reactor, stainless steel reactor and glass-lined reactor (enamel reactor), steel liner reactor.
2.1, carbon steel reactor
Suitable for environments that do not contain corrosive liquids.
2.2, stainless steel reactor
It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, scientific research, colleges and other departments to carry out high temperature and high pressure chemical reaction tests for hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation. , heating, pressure reaction and other processes.
2.3, glass-lined reactor
Widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, pesticide, scientific research and other industries.
2.4, steel lined PE reactor
Suitable for the extraction of acids, bases, salts and most alcohols and pharmaceuticals.
2.5, steel lining ETFE reactor
Applicable scope: Excellent anti-corrosion performance, can adapt to various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidants, organic compounds and other highly corrosive chemical media.
3. According to the internal pressure during work, it can be divided into atmospheric pressure reactor, positive pressure reactor and secondary pressure reactor.
4. According to the mixing form, it can be divided into paddle type, anchor paddle type, frame type, ribbon type, turbine type, dispersing disc type, emulsifier combination type, basket type grinding machine, etc. A reaction reactor, a grinding reactor, and the like.
5, according to the heat transfer structure, can be divided into jacket type, outer half tube type, inner coil type and combination type.
