Under the condition of heating, the material is ground under the flowing condition, the time is short, the cooling area is large, the heat generated by the grinding is quickly taken away, and no high temperature will be produced. The coating quality is stable. The material is grinded under the closed condition, the time is long, the cooling area is small, and the local temperature is about 80 degrees, which affects the quality of the coating.
It is convenient, fast and accurate for feeding materials, convenient for cleaning and maintenance, difficult for feeding materials when the technology is mature, inconvenient for cleaning and maintenance in closed state, and the phenomenon of running grinding beads, so it is necessary to add grinding beads into the kettle frequently.
The service life of the equipment is shorter than that of the recumbent sand because of the shorter grinding time and the longer grinding time under the same output.
