A high shear emulsifier is a process in which one or more phases (liquids, solids, gases) enter another incompatible continuous phase (usually liquids) efficiently, rapidly and evenly by means of the relative high speed movement of the rotating stator. Its speed is generally 2900 rpm, because the speed of ordinary motor is less than 2900 rpm, so the general high-shear emulsifier speed can only be within its scope, the maximum speed of secondary motor 2900 rpm, four-stage motor and six-stage motor respectively 1440 rpm and 750 rpm, so the high-shear emulsifier speed is 2900, 1440, 750 rpm.
