1. 2. The emulsifier should be cleaned in time to avoid the stator stuck; timely cleaning can avoid material sticking to the surface of the equipment, corrode the equipment in response to chemical reaction, reduce surface corrosion; avoid material sticky bearings and into the clearance between bearings and shafts, stuck or worn bearings, shafts.
3. Reduce the failure rate of the emulsifying machine and reduce the abnormal faults of the motor.
