The installation of emulsifier is as follows:
1. Plug in installation. The emulsifier is installed from the top of the container, the emulsifier head goes deep into the container, and the motor is above the top of the reactor. The upper plug-in installation is vertically installed and inclined installed. Vertical installation is divided into reactor center installation and eccentric installation.
2. Bottom mounting. The bottom plug-in emulsifier is called kettle bottom emulsifier, and its installation mode is also divided into central installation and eccentric installation.
The choice of the emulsifying machine should be determined according to the characteristics of the material, the shape and the volume of the reactor.
