二． Main Reactor

In order to meet the requirements of homogeneous emulsifying and to ensure product quality, there is a mulser and a Anchor mixer in the reactor. The reactor is sealed reactor. in the production process it can be a vacuum homogeneous emulsifying to ensure the requirements of the product quality.

In order to meet the needs of the production and technics, the reactor adopts manner of interlayer electric heating. The materials of the reactor and oil phase pot are the same. Material of contact with material parts is all SUB316Lstainless steel, and the interlayer is SUB316Lstainless steel.

三．Vacuum System

In order to meet the needs of the production and technics, the equipment has configured the vacuum system. The vacuum pumps a water ring vacuum pumps, the pump is easy to use, high vacuum, it can effectively meet the technical requirements.
