From the suction way: single suction, two-way suction. One-way suction is that the emulsion head sucks up the material from the lower part to the axial direction, and then the material is cut, grinded and emulsified radially, and is thrown out by the radial direction. The lower part is open, and the upper part is enclosed with a copper sleeve bearing. On one of the brackets above the head, the upper and lower parts of the emulsifier are open; on the other hand, a so-called bidirectional suction is made by opening holes in the upper flange cover of the emulsifier head of the one-way suction emulsifier, from which the material can be sucked into the working chamber. There is also a shortcut type, the upper and lower parts of the head are open similar to the two-way suction emulsifier head, but the difference is that the material is inhaled from the upper part, and then ejected from the axial lower part, its only mixing function, the emulsification function is relatively weak.
