The technicians finished the experiment according to the needs of the production, imitating the process, proportion, process, and the like. After obtaining satisfactory experimental data, it will be enlarged to pilot and mass production.
However, in the pilot or production stage, many people have reported that the actual production results are not as good as the experimental ones. The problems can be considered in the following aspects:
1. The diameter and height of the container when the laboratory emulsifier is working and the position of the working head in the container are not correctly calculated. If it is simply enlarged into production, the result may not be ideal.
2. Calculate the line speed without correctly rotating the stator diameter according to the laboratory emulsifier. The speed of the laboratory emulsifier is very high. It is compared with the production emulsifier to find the line speed of the best production emulsifier to the stator, to determine the diameter of the emulsifier rotor, and to determine the emulsifier selection and configuration.
3. Check the gap between the emulsifier and the stator. The emulsifier gap for production is generally within 0.5mm. The gap is large and the shearing effect is not ideal.
4. The working head should be selected according to the material characteristics. The emulsification head has one-way suction and two-way suction. The one-way suction allows the material to be unidirectionally circulated in the container. The two-way suction allows the material to circulate up and down in the container.
