Under normal circumstances, the brush needs to be replaced after about 6mm. When replacing the brush, the power must be cut off, the brush cover should be unscrewed, and the remaining brush should be pulled out. The new brush can be inserted into the tube to move freely, preventing the card from getting stuck in the tube, causing large sparks or poor contact, and the motor does not run. Once installed, screw on the brush cover.
If the motor does not work during use, check whether the power plug is secure, whether the wiring is off, whether the brush is in good contact, and the normal operation is not possible after the above faults are removed. Professionals should be repaired. Do not disassemble it at will, so as not to cause ACCIDENT.
After the work is finished, the work head should be cleaned in time for the next use. The work head should be properly placed and cannot be dropped.
The process of dispersing and homogenization should be carried out in a liquid. It is strictly forbidden to leave the medium and the working head must be submerged below the liquid level. In addition, laboratory emulsifiers are not suitable for solid dispersion.
The laboratory emulsifier should be placed in a clean and dry place, kept clean and protected from moisture. The ambient temperature is generally not more than 40 degrees Celsius
