Homogenizer: Replace the mixing paddle, fixed paddle, and homogenizing head, and change the mechanical seal of the lower mean to the built-in mechanical seal; replace the valve at the bottom of the tank with a valve of sanitary level.

There is a hole in the welding part of the mixing paddle. The polishing process does not solve the problem. The air hole still exists and cleans the dead angle. The pipe used for the fixed paddle is easy to leak liquid and cannot be cleaned. The uniform head structure has too many dead angles and no internal passage. Polishing treatment, difficult to clean; the lower mean mechanical seal is outside the pot. If the homogeneous structure is not removed under the whole body, the residue cannot be thoroughly cleaned, and the mechanical seal of the homogeneous structure is changed into the pot for easy disassembly and cleaning.
