The GS- III -H series laboratory shear emulsifier is driven by a compact high speed micro motor with series excitation, which is suitable for mixing low medium and high viscosity liquid between laboratory and test vehicles, and shearing and emulsifying particles in liquid medium. The machine is composed of high speed motor, shearing emulsifying head and speed controller. The driving host uses the die cast aluminum alloy as the body, the running state is stable, the working head is made of high quality stainless steel, the experimental application area is wide, the speed of the operation is controlled by the microprocessor, and the speed change caused by the load change and the fluctuation of the power supply voltage can be effectively compensated. The constant speed can be depended on; the built-in soft starting and automatic overload protection can be used. It can ensure the safety of the continuous operation of the experiment for a long time and full load, and the stepless regulation of the rotational speed satisfies the modification of the stirring speed at any time in the experiment. The "H" figure shows that the speed is intuitive, which provides convenience for the experimental data acquisition. 3. Equipment assembly
3-1. puts the machine's seat (6) on the platform, takes two long columns (7) into a whole with thread, then fixed it in the mounting screw hole of the machine seat, then sets the supporting frame (8) into the vertical column and rotates the handle of the supporting frame to be fixed.
3-2. takes another short pillar (9) to connect with the mounting screw hole on the back of the emulsified host, and then string the support into the supporting frame on the column, and turn the handle of the support fixator to fix the emulsified host on the column. The machine can adjust the emulsifying machine in front and back, up and down on the supporting frame according to the need of experiment.
In order to ensure the safety of the machine, please fix the key points firmly and check them regularly to prevent loosening.
Before you input the power supply debugging equipment, please carefully read "use and maintenance" before proceeding.
This machine must be installed on the bearing, not hand-held.
The driving type of this machine is series motor, its characteristic is rated torque under rated speed, and speed is proportional to torque. The higher the speed, the greater the torque; the lower the speed, the smaller the torque.
If the machine needs to run at low speed, it should adjust the speed according to the requirement in the process of running.
This machine is prohibited to be used in flammable and explosive environments.
There must be a good grounding for the electrical outlet of the machine.
It is strictly forbidden to direct the grounding wires to telephone lines, metal pipes, gas pipes and lightning arresters.
This machine strictly prohibits shearing and emulsifying working head (5) to start operation without being placed in the liquid medium. The bottom of the working head (intake port) should be kept at a sufficient distance from the experimental medium vessel.
In order to ensure safety, operators should wear protective caps when the experiment needs to observe the effect closely.

4. use and maintenance
4-1. this machine adopts single phase three wire system, and the required power socket is 220V and 10A three socket socket.
4-2 the shearing and emulsifying head of the machine is strictly prohibited from running away from the liquid medium. Avoid mechanical parts damaged at high speed without liquid dielectric protection, resulting in mechanical failure.
4-3 the input power of the machine: open the power switch, the speed display [0000] display the number, the "P" dynamic indicator flicker, indicating that it has entered the working state.
4-4. operating speed setting: rotating speed control knob, entering the rotating speed presupposition state, can set the speed of stirring required by the experiment operation, and also can adjust the speed dynamically during the operation.
4-5. local operation start control: press the speed control knob and start operation. The "H" is not pre programmed, and its running speed is the initial default speed.
4-6. the local operation is suspended / restarted: during operation, press the speed control knob and stop operation. Press the speed control knob again, and the equipment will start running (speed memory function) according to the running speed before the pause.
4-7. timing control: "H" press speed control knob 3 seconds, digital display is shown as "Set" into the running time control state, rotating speed control knob set the time required for experimental operation, and then press the speed control knob again to determine exit timing set to enter the speed setting. Similarly, rotate speed control knob to set the speed required for the experiment, press the speed control knob, and start the operation in the time controlled state. The speed indicator displays the countdown of running speed and timing control alternately.
4-8. operating state control: when the input power supply interrupts or the power switch is turned off unexpectedly, the machine enters the default initial state to ensure the safety of the experimental operation.
4-9. operation failure: when the operation can not be executed according to the instruction, the "H" digital display is displayed as "Errl", indicating that the machine is in the condition of fault alarm.
4-10. after the machine is finished, turn off the power switch and pull out the plug. And timely cleaning each part of the shearing emulsifying head for easy use next time.
4-11. the working stator of the machine should be selected according to the experimental requirements.
