The development and application of heavy oil emulsification technology has been used for more than ten years at home and abroad. In order to reduce fuel consumption and production cost, some high energy consumption industries have adopted this technology in order to reduce fuel consumption and production cost. However, the production cost is higher and the mixing efficiency is higher because of the backward production technology and equipment (the temperature agitation above the tank type 800C), the high difference price of emulsifier and the large amount of addition (1-3%). The product is not easy to store, and it can only be used as a direct fuel for intermittent batch production.
According to the needs of energy structure adjustment and the development of emulsified heavy oil products in China, from two aspects of energy saving and environmental protection, we have studied the industrial production and storage technology patents of emulsified heavy oil, making the industrialization of emulsified heavy oil developed into reality, but the following lack of technology has affected the further improvement of product quality.
A, heavy oil and water must be heated to the temperature emulsification above 500C, especially the heating time of the heavy oil is long, the fuel consumption is large and the production cost is increased. At the same time, it is difficult to overcome the difficulty of overcoming the oil depot, which does not have heavy oil heating condition.
B, water emulsion dispensing time is long, emulsion dosage is too large (0.8-1%), and the production cost is relatively high.
The preheater of C, heavy oil and emulsified water is passive, and the premixed state is a rough line, which restricts the even effect of the latter stage shearing mixing.
The key equipment of D and emulsification is a high shear emulsifier, which is controlled by the conditions of passive pressure flow emulsification. Due to the change of the temperature and viscosity of heavy oil, the fluctuation of emulsification and the change of product quality are caused. Therefore, the production operation is difficult and the key parts are prone to distortion and fatigue fracture.
The microscopical observation of E and product showed that the diameter of water particles 1-2um accounted for 85%, and 5-10un accounted for 15%. If the mass ratio was calculated by mass comparison, the mass ratio of 5-10um was more than 40%. This index was the key to the stability and combustion performance of the emulsified heavy oil products.
The purpose of the technology is to solve the above problems, and to provide a production process for emulsifying heavy oil products under the condition of storing and conveying temperature.
