The emulsification equipment, as the name implies, contains intermittent emulsifying machines or pipeline emulsifying machines in the configuration of the equipment. The following is a brief introduction to several configurations of the device.
1, simple configuration.
A is the use of a batch emulsifier, or lifting mobile emulsifier or fixed emulsifying machine. When used, the material is added into the container, and the high shearing emulsifying machine is opened to shear, grind, mix, disperse and emulsify the material.
B, a pipeline emulsifier is used as an emulsifying pump to emulsify the material, or to pump the material out of one container, and send the emulsified material to another container.
2, compound configuration.
A high shear mixing emulsifier or a pot bottom emulsifying machine is arranged in the container, and a low speed mixer is arranged in the kettle. The mixer is stirred at low speed to make the material mix evenly. Then the high shear emulsifier is emulsified, mixed and homogenized. Finally, the ideal product is obtained.
3. The combination is configuration.
In order to improve production efficiency, intermittent emulsifying machine and pipeline emulsifying machine are arranged in the device. It is to install one or two intermittent high shear emulsifying machines in the container, and one or two pipeline emulsifying machines are arranged outside the container. At the time of production, emulsification in the kettle and emulsification outside the kettle were carried out at the same time.
The configuration of high shear emulsifying machine should be determined according to the needs of production, and it should be applied flexibly so as to improve the production efficiency and meet the needs of emulsification.
