Mobile emulsifier - how to use
1. Loosen the oiling screw of the manual hydraulic cylinder during work and tighten the opening screw.
2. Press the handle to adjust the power head to the required working position. Generally, the diameter of the power head should be 2-3 times higher than the bottom of the container.
3. According to the material and operation requirements of the fluid to be processed, choose to install the standard stator head, and at the same time adjust the optimal working position of the blade with the downward thrust on the rotating shaft.
4. After the stirring is finished, press the handle again to make the power head at the highest position, which is convenient for taking out the liquid storage container. To lower the power head, loosen the switch screw.
Mobile Emulsifier - Precautions
1. When the power is connected, the power head steering should be in the same direction as the marked arrow.
2. Always check the oil quantity in the hydraulic cylinder. If it is insufficient or the time is too long, it should be refueled or replaced in time.
3. The standard stator head under replacement should be cleaned in time for easy reuse.
