    The reactor consists of a kettle body, a kettle lid, a jacket, a stirrer, a transmission, a shaft sealing device, and a support. The stirring device can use multi-layer stirring blade when the high diameter is relatively large, and can also be optionally matched according to the user's requirements. The jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or the heat exchange surface is set inside the tank, and the heat exchange can also be performed through the outer circulation. Support seats are supported or ear supports. Gear speed reducer should be used when speed exceeds 160 rpm. Number of holes, specifications or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
1. Packing seals are usually applied under normal or low pressure conditions. Generally, the pressure is less than 2 kg.
2. Mechanical seals will be used in general medium pressure or vacuum conditions. The general pressure is negative pressure or 4 kg.
3. In the case of high pressure or high volatility of the medium, magnetic seals will be used, typically more than 14 kilograms. In addition to magnetic seals that use water to cool down, other seal types will increase the cooling jacket beyond 120 degrees.
     The reactor can be widely used in many fields by adopting structural design and parameter configuration of the container, realizing the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed mixing functions required by the process. 1. According to the heating/cooling method, it can be divided into electric heating, hot water heating, heat conduction oil circulation heating, far infrared heating, external (inner) coil heating, jacket cooling and kettle coil cooling. The choice of heating method is primarily related to the heating/cooling temperature required for the chemical reaction and the amount of heat required.
2, according to the kettle body material can be divided into carbon steel reactor, stainless steel reactor and glass-lined reactor (enamel reactor), steel lining reactor.
2.1, carbon steel reactor
Scope of application: The environment does not contain corrosive liquids, such as the processing of certain oil products.
2.2. Stainless Steel Reactor (KCFD Series High Pressure Reactor)
Applicable scope: Suitable for chemical reaction tests of high temperature and high pressure in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, scientific research, universities and colleges, etc. to complete hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation , Polymerization, condensation, heating, mixing, constant temperature reaction and other processes, can achieve high stirring effect on viscous and granular materials. 2.3, glass reactor
Applicable scope: Widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, pesticide, scientific research and other industries.
2.4 Steel lined PE reactor
Applicable range: Suitable for acid, alkali, salt and most alcohols. It is suitable for the liquid food and the refining of medicines. It is an ideal replacement for rubber, glass steel, stainless steel, titanium steel, enamel, and plastic welding plates.
2.5, steel liner ETFE reactor
Applicable range: excellent anti-corrosion performance, can resist various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidants, organic compounds and all other strong corrosive chemical media.
3, according to the internal pressure during work can be divided into atmospheric reactor, positive pressure reactor, auxiliary pressure reactor.
4, according to the form of mixing, can be divided into paddle type, anchor paddle type, frame type, ribbon type, turbine type, distributed disc type, modular type.
5, according to the heat transfer structure, can be divided into jacket type, outer half tube type, inner coil type and combined type.
